Yebsie's Good Sound showcases a variety of underground music. Whether it's Berlin Techno, Deep House, Uk Garage or Jungle music, Yebsie will take time finding a unique collection of sounds for the show. Playing unreleased tracks from artist linked to Ipswich and the surround areas. The Good Sound show also features guest mixes from fellow DJs exhibiting local talent. Yebie's love of underground dance music began after being introduced to pirate radio when visiting a friend's Dad in Vauxhall, London aged 16. Since then he has been collecting records and DJing all for the love and admiration of the underground music scene. Later on taking a keen interest in the roots of this sound. From Uk Garage and Jungle to Techno and House Yebsie has been adding to his collection and hunting down only the premium tracks of these genres. Whilst living in Bristol for 8 years Yebsie became a resident at Noods Radio as well as putting on regular club nights with fellow DJs from the station in venues such as "The Surrey Vaults", "Cosies" and "The Brunswick Club". In recent years Yebsie has moved back to his home town of Ipswich, where the underground music scene is rapidly growing, once again. Having developed a love of sound system culture whilst living in Bristol, Yebsie now runs "Genesis Sound System" along with DJ Lochness and Rig Master Jay. This owner built and operated sound system has become a staple within the nightlife scene in the East of England. Having recently been booked at Latitude festival where it was received with high praise from all that heard it. In April 2025 Yebsie joined Transient Radio where he continues to share his collective musical taste and provide a platform for other DJs in Ipswich to showcase their talents. Through Transient Radio and Bambaata (events promoters) he has been regularly filling dancefloors at events held in the East of England and London.
